He is currently an advisor to entigenlogic, a leading AI company in the NLP space, and has held key business leadership roles at top-tier firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Janes, and IHS Markit (acquired by S&P Global).

Bill's expertise spans across various areas, including market strategy, business development, sales growth strategy, product marketing, and positioning, capture support, and market entry advisory support.  He is passionate about helping clients achieve their strategic goals and has a proven track record of delivering tangible results. 

Tim has 20-years of extensive global leadership experience spanning sales, business development, professional services, research and analysis, market strategy, opportunity identification and capture strategy in support of defense, national security, intelligence community and industry customers. He has previously held executive leadership positions with Janes and IHS Markit and has supported numerous commercial technology firms in the development of their competitive positioning and market entry strategies.
